Cliff Straehley, M.D., a 1972 graduate of Stanford Medical School and a longtime advocate of complementary medicine, has taught stress management and has practiced yoga and Zen meditation for about 25 years. He currently works as a psychiatrist and psychotherapist in Fair Oaks and continues to be fascinated with combining Eastern and Western approaches to well-being.
Cliff has decades of experience with meditation and yoga, intialy with a Zen orentation. He practices psychiatry from the vantage point of enhancing wellness, as opposed to curing disease.
