I recently spent 7 weeks experiencing daily Transformation Breathwork sessions and studying with Judith Kravitz, a remarkable healer, breathwork master, and mother of 8. Next, I experienced three life-changing weeks at the Hippocrates Health Institute in West Palm Beach, Florida. I saw remarkable improvement in people's health and sense of well-being as a result of lifestyle changes Hippocrates Health Institute has developed over the last 60 years. I am currently registered at The Living Light Culinary Arts Institute in Fort Bragg, to learn to be a raw vegan chef! These experiences are transformating the way I do breathwork, teach yoga and facilitate retreats. |
